Viceroy Snowmass, Snowmass Village

The hotel offers spacious rooms with two bathrooms that are very comfortable. The new look is eagerly anticipated despite our early arrival. The service was outstanding, from the valet to the cleaning staff. The location is stellar, providing easy access to shops, lifts, and restaurants. The dining options are pricey but delicious.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were amazing and spacious with stylish yet cozy furnishings, a nice fireplace, and a balcony - just perfect for our ski getaway. The only downside was that the room size might be a bit tight for a family of four. The service was exceptional, especially from the welcoming GM Robert, and Taylor in Residential Services, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was stellar, offering breathtaking scenery and being within walking distance to shops, lifts, and great restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic, although a tad pricey, it was definitely worth it. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in most aspects, making it a wonderful choice for a mountain retreat.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although advertised as condos with full kitchens, fell short of expectations with only one bedroom and bathroom available and lacked a view. The location offered convenient ski in/ski out access and proximity to outdoor activities, but cleanliness issues in some areas were a letdown. Dining options were delicious but on the pricey side.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and relaxing, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need like kitchen facilities and a washer/dryer down the hall. The service was professional and attentive, making our ski experience seamless and enjoyable. The location was surrounded by beautiful geography, perfect for early morning drives and conveniently located for ski in/ski out. The dining experience was amazing, although a bit expensive, but totally worth it. The facilities were great, with a ski shop and helpful staff available.

My stay at the Viceroy was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were quiet, restful, and extremely comfortable, with a great bathroom featuring a deep tub. Special thanks to Leonardo at the front desk for ensuring my balcony room had every amenity I needed for ultimate relaxation. The hotel is well equipped with a kitchen, utensils, fireplaces, and a TV with streaming devices, making my stay feel like a true retreat.
