I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were amazing and spacious with stylish yet cozy furnishings, a nice fireplace, and a balcony - just perfect for our ski getaway. The only downside was that the room size might be a bit tight for a family of four. The service was exceptional, especially from the welcoming GM Robert, and Taylor in Residential Services, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was stellar, offering breathtaking scenery and being within walking distance to shops, lifts, and great restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic, although a tad pricey, it was definitely worth it. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in most aspects, making it a wonderful choice for a mountain retreat.

My stay at the Viceroy was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were quiet, restful, and extremely comfortable, with a great bathroom featuring a deep tub. Special thanks to Leonardo at the front desk for ensuring my balcony room had every amenity I needed for ultimate relaxation. The hotel is well equipped with a kitchen, utensils, fireplaces, and a TV with streaming devices, making my stay feel like a true retreat.
